Bret Leach originally started Sierra Mortgage in 1998 naming the company after his daughter Sierra. In 2010 he teamed up with one of the largest wholesale direct lenders, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and became a local retail branch. He has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years and has helped thousands of people with their financing needs, whether that is a first time home buyer, refinancing, purchasing a second home, debt consolidation or just restructuring the mortgage to meet the changes in his client’s life. Bret has earned the distinction of Certified Mortgage Planner and has a team of professionals from financial planners, CPA’s and attorneys he works with on a daily basis to make sure your mortgage and financing as in place that benefits you the most. Bret has been awarded Mortgage Broker of the year twice by the Fresno Bee and has been listed as one of the top 100 producers in the country by Mortgage Magazine. When he is not helping his clients he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and supporting his two children in their numerous sports and recreational activities.
